1. Acceptance
By using fusebeadpatterns.com or buying any product from this site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. What we sell
FuseBeadPatterns sells digital perler bead pattern PDFs. Nothing physical ships. Each purchase grants you the right to download the PDF and use it as a personal template for crafting with fuse beads (Perler / Hama / Pyssla / etc.).
3. License — what you can and cannot do
You can:
- Print the PDFs as many times as you like for your own use
- Use the patterns to make beaded artwork for yourself, your family, your classroom, or as gifts
- Sell the finished beaded artwork you create from these patterns
You cannot:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the PDF files themselves
- Upload the patterns to file-sharing sites or post them publicly
- Use the patterns to produce beaded items at industrial / commercial scale (>500 units)
- Claim authorship of the patterns
4. Payments + delivery
Payments are processed by Polar.sh, our merchant of record, who handles all card processing, fraud prevention, and applicable sales tax / VAT. After successful payment, the download link is delivered:
- On the order confirmation page
- By email (receipt with download button)
- In your account at fusebeadpatterns.com if you signed in
Download links are valid indefinitely while your account is active. If you can't download, email support@fusebeadpatterns.com.
5. Refunds
Because the products are digital and download immediately upon payment, all sales are final. We will issue a refund in the following cases:
- The PDF file is corrupted or unreadable and we cannot fix it within 5 business days
- You were double-charged for the same order
- Mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires it
To request a refund, email support@fusebeadpatterns.com within 14 days of purchase with your order ID.
6. Account
You don't need an account to buy. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure. We use passwordless sign-in (magic link / Google), so anyone with access to your email can sign into your account.
7. Acceptable use
Don't:
- Try to break, scrape, or DoS the site
- Submit fraudulent payments or charge-backs
- Impersonate someone else
- Use the site for illegal purposes
We may suspend or close any account that violates these rules.
8. Disclaimers
The site and products are provided "as is", without any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee the site will always be available or bug-free.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the site or products is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Wisconsin.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
